Yes, we support Microsoft AD. It is most often used via Active Directory Federated Services. For more information on setting up Microsoft AD integration, please refer to these instructions.

P.S. If you have configured your Active Directory to sync with Azure AD (or are considering to), we recommend you use Microsoft login (Azure AD) with HYPE Boards. It requires less configuration from admins and generally provides users with a more convenient user experience.
