Yes. Our customer organizations own all of the data related to their use of the system, so if you're an organization admin, you will have access to all of the data.

However, depending on your role and the settings selected by admins of an organization or board, you may only have access to a subset of that information. Having said that, in general the actions users take in HYPE Boards are in general highly transparent by design.

The majority of information can be found already from the board, and if you're looking for more, the admin portal has you covered. Here's a quick overview of some of the most common types of data with the default configurations:

  • Authors of ideas and comments

  • Number of comments in total, or on individual ideas

  • Number of likes in total, or on individual ideas. Admins can also see who has liked which ideas.

  • Number of evaluations in total, and on individual ideas. Admins can also see who has rated which ideas how.

If you have a specific type of data that you're interested in, please use the search here in the Help Center to find more information about how that feature works.

Furthermore, should you need a detailed overview of each individual action taken or piece of data viewed by any given user in the system, for example for audit or compliance purposes, our support team can provide that information upon a valid request from an organization admin.
