Oftentimes, ideas on HYPE Boards are created by admins or other contributors on behalf of another user or users. It is also common for ideas to have multiple creators.
Board admins and facilitators can add and edit creators for ideas.
How to add creators
Follow the instructions below to edit idea creators.
Step 1
On any HYPE Board, open an idea and click the "People" tab
Step 2
Click the "Edit" button under the CREATOR section
Step 3
Search for a co-creator from the "add creator" search box
Step 4
Once you have found the user you want to add as a creator, click their name and they will be added as creators. Add as many creators as you want
Step 5
Once you have added all the creators, click "SAVE"
How to edit creators
Step 1
Follow the guide above on how to add creators until step 2. Once the Creators modal is open, hover over a creator card to enable edits
Step 2
Click on the "X" to remove a creator, repeat the process for all other creators you want to remove
Step 3
Once you have made all the relevant edits, click save
Bear in mind that an idea needs to have at least one creator! You will not be able to remove the last listed creator.
