This release brings improvements to our Welcome Message, allowing you to communicate your goals for Viima boards more effectively and more visually by introducing rich text editors. We have added more options for users to manage their email notifications at a board level. As an organisation admin, you can also add ideas to your boards en masse by uploading excel files
Improved Welcome Message
We have upgraded our Welcome Message to help you communicate your goals to your boards' users
You can now use rich text editing to enhance the content of your welcome messages
It is now possible to add a sponsor or main point of contact for a board in the header of the message
Embedding Videos (from YouTube and Vimeo), adding attachments and/or links is easier than ever

As a user, you are now able to control your email notifications at a board-level and ensure you get updates that are relevant to you

Idea Import
As an organization admin, you can now import ideas through an excel file from the ideas section in the admin portal
This is especially useful for mass updates or for migrating ideas from other systems
