Payment in Viima can be completed by credit card. Information about your upcoming payment, past payments, and credit card information can be found within the "payment" section of the account information page.
P.S. To be able to complete the following steps you will need to have a super user account.
P.S. If you have an enterprise subscription, and you have not paid by credit card, please contact Viima support for your payment information.
How to get there
The easiest way to get to the account information pages is through the following URL:
https://app.viima.com/organization-name/#account/payment
This URL takes you straight to the payment information page.
The following steps show the navigation path within the application:
Step 1
On your Viima super user account, from the main dashboard of the admin portal, navigate to the "account" tab.
Step 2
Once in the account tab, click "payment" on the left and you will find the payment information page.
What you can find on the page
Now you should have the view from Step 2 open.
On the page, you can:
Edit your credit card information
See an estimate of the upcoming invoice
Download past invoices (past 100 are shown)
