All you need to know is their name and email address. Please note that the email needs to be available via one of the permitted login options. This means that if you've only enabled Google login, the person's Google email address (either business or Gmail) needs to match the email you input here.
P.S. To be able to complete the following steps, you’ll need to have an admin account for the desired Viima board. Please contact your Viima super user for access if you don’t already have an account.
